Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be in the original packaging
• Have been purchased within the last 30 days
• Not be a custom or personalized order

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned candle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your candle for a different scent, please contact us to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will ship the new candle once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized candles
• Candles that have been used or burned
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Items returned more than 30 days after purchase

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@sellerretailerei.world.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

Gift Returns

If the candle was purchased as a gift and you would like to return it, please contact us with the order number. We will process the return and issue a refund to the original purchaser.
